Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place your diamond jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certification documents, such as GIA or IGI reports, to avoid a replacement fee.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to a new shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
